Service-Based Refunds
- Once a project has started, refunds are generally not applicable.
- In special cases where a performance-based guarantee (such as partial refund assurance) is clearly mentioned in writing, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be raised in writing within 7 days of service initiation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
